Location: Estenfeld, Germany; other locations include Leuven, Belgium, United Kingdom Remote, and Hungary Remote. Remote or hybrid working is offered.

What you will do
- Support profitable business growth through pricing initiatives, margin analysis, solution optimization, deal reviews, and strategic MSA and pricing reviews.
- Act as a subject matter expert on solutions and align proposals with product capabilities and customer needs.
- Lead change management, business transformation, process improvement, and system implementation initiatives, including communication strategies, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify services and business alliances, support long-range planning, oversee selected vendor and partner relationships, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings, gather requirements, resolve conflicts, drive consensus, and maintain KPIs for process effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on progress, impact, and ROI; analyze data and ensure process changes comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in another role collaborating across business stakeholders, technology organizations, and customers.
- Deep understanding of clinical trial industry best practices in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Proven experience implementing large-scale process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate.
- Excellent team leadership and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
