AI Engineer (Marketing Engineering)

Location: Remote in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones. Optional office work is available in London and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Build agents that perform real business work and improve based on measurable results.
• Work within Marketing Engineering and embed with growth pods to identify problems and own solutions end to end.
• Use the company’s agents platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models to develop applied AI systems.
• Make agents reliable, measurable, and safe enough for business-critical use.
• Ship production systems that solve initially vague problems and are relied upon by other users.
• Evaluate LLM-based systems and measure whether delivered solutions work.

Requirements

• Experience with Python, SQL, LLM APIs, and agent orchestration.
• Experience shipping production systems that other people relied on, starting from a vague problem.
• Experience building with LLMs beyond a demo, including evaluating their performance and understanding where they fail.
• Ability to measure the effectiveness of built solutions.
• Ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones.

Nice to have

• Experience with GTM data or marketing systems.
