Senior Solutions Engineer (NoSQL)

What you will do

• Consult with customers and prospects to define technical challenges, opportunities, and business objectives.
• Map customer needs to the hirify.global ecosystem and communicate differentiating, sustainable business value.
• Lead technical discovery activities, workshops, demonstrations, and product presentations across multiple opportunities.
• Manage customer proof-of-concepts and pilots, including acceptance criteria, issue escalation, and resolution.
• Partner with sales on account strategy and identify opportunities in existing and new accounts.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering, provide field feedback, and create technical collateral such as deployment architectures and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales, customer-facing, or consulting role.
• 3+ years of software development or related industry experience.
• Experience with one or more enterprise programming languages and solution development methodologies.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases or other distributed, high-performance systems.
• Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions concisely to developers, architects, managers, and the C-suite.
• Programming skills in at least one of Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, C, or SQL.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience designing solutions on a major database platform, including data modeling, indexes, and query optimization.
• Fluent English and Korean.
