Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv District, Israel; hybrid work opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end research, development, rollout, and optimization of new products in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
• Own product strategy within a key domain, balancing net-new innovation with scaling existing product lines.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs aligned with customer needs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, customer success, sales, and clinical teams to bring high-impact solutions to market.
• Conduct complex data analysis to identify opportunities and support informed decisions.
• Champion market education to support new product adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful products.
• Strong product intuition paired with executional excellence.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions without full certainty, and work across engineering, data science, sales, and clinical disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data science or AI/ML-driven products.
• Experience in healthtech or behavioral health.
• Background in user research or human-centered design.
• Exposure to startup environments and scaling product teams.
