Product Group Lead

Location: Tel Aviv District, Israel; hybrid work.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, hire, onboard, coach, and manage the performance of a group of 4–5 Product Managers.
• Define the product group's vision, strategy, roadmap, outcomes, and KPIs in line with business goals.
• Make prioritization decisions using data, customer insights, and business impact.
• Raise product craft standards across discovery, specifications, user flows, launches, and results measurement.
• Work with R&D, Product Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to deliver cohesive web and mobile products.
• Represent the group to management, improve product processes and best practices, use AI tools in the product workflow, and stay hands-on with complex problems and customer conversations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience directly managing Product Managers, ideally a team of 3 or more.
• Proven experience defining strategy and delivering successful web and mobile products end to end.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and people skills, with a passion for developing others.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage several initiatives at once.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude, high ownership, and a keen eye for detail.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS experience, especially in HR tech or workforce management, including HRIS, time tracking, scheduling, or payroll.
• Experience with AI products or product-led growth.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Experience scaling a product team and its processes.
