AI Transformation Product Manager

What you will do

• Drive execution of the corporate AI-driven productivity program from concept through implementation.
• Create and maintain productivity heat maps, identify gaps against productivity goals, and surface capability or process improvement opportunities.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from managers, team leads, product stakeholders, and field teams, escalating systemic issues to leadership.
• Track playbook adoption through dashboards and scorecards, monitor acceptance criteria, and report productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, managers, and team leaders across multiple groups to facilitate adoption and organize hackathons and adoption events.
• Validate productivity playbook implementations across product groups and contribute to new playbooks, tools, and strategic program direction.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
• 8+ years of professional experience with demonstrated project management skills.
• Technical background and previous transformation experience; AI experience is an advantage.
• Product mindset with the ability to think strategically about solutions, understand user needs, and drive product-oriented outcomes.
• Proven ability to execute initiatives, complete projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on data literacy: analyze metrics, interpret dashboards, derive actionable insights, and technically connect to or extract data from ticketing systems, project management tools, and other data sources.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain a strategic perspective and see the big picture.
• Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple sources, identify patterns, and surface actionable insights.
• Hands-on AI mindset, including using GenAI tools in daily work, adopting AI-augmented workflows, and building small projects or prototypes with AI tools.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly, adapt to new tools and methodologies, and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.

• Analytics or data visualization experience.
• Previous experience in the semiconductor or technology industry.
• Experience leading AI transformation or another transformation program.
