What you will do

• Stay focused on users and uncover deep insights through qualitative discovery and user interviews.
• Identify and solve meaningful user problems across the content creation journey.
• Partner with engineers and designers as equals to build an effective, self-managing team.
• Drive product work from strategy through execution and deliver meaningful impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead at a high-tech or SaaS software company.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and influence effectively.
• Proven ability in data analysis, execution, and responsibility for complex development processes.
• Goal-oriented approach, high motivation, and full ownership of projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at Head, Director, or Lead level combined with a preference for hands-on product ownership.
