Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, Tel Aviv

AI-powered software platform operating like a startup within a larger web-creation company, enabling users to create custom applications from natural language without traditional coding.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution from discovery through launch, iteration, and growth.
• Partner with engineering and AI teams on agent capabilities, integrations, and technical product decisions.
• Research users ranging from solo builders to product, design, and engineering teams through feedback, usage data, and hands-on product use.
• Define requirements, priorities, success metrics, and product trade-offs.
• Use data and experiments to improve activation, retention, and growth while identifying where users get stuck.
• Build prototypes and internal tools with the platform and other AI tools, and collaborate with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience, including leadership of technical products in SaaS, developer tools, platforms, or AI.
• Technical background through a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or previous developer experience; understanding of APIs, data models, backend systems, and modern web applications.
• Proven experience owning a product end to end, from idea through launch and continued growth.
• Hands-on experience with AI products, LLMs, or agent-based systems, with strong intuition for user experience quality.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align engineering, design, and business teams around a product vision.
• High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with startup speed and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding tools, developer platforms, product-led growth products, or no-code/low-code tools.
• Hands-on coding experience.
