Senior Product Manager (AI Security)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; full-time, onsite.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Endpoint and Outpost areas in alignment with the broader platform strategy.
• Translate customer needs, security threats, and technical constraints into requirements and scoped deliverables.
• Partner with Engineering and Research to design, build, and ship features from concept through general availability.
• Work with enterprise customers and prospects, particularly in regulated industries, on deployment, privacy, and data residency requirements.
• Track the AI agent threat landscape, define success metrics, monitor adoption, and use data and customer feedback to prioritize.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing on go-to-market, deployments, enablement, positioning, and messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience, including end-to-end ownership of technical products.
• Strong technical background with the ability to work deeply with engineers and understand system architecture, deployment models, and trade-offs.
• Hands-on cybersecurity experience, such as endpoint security, EDR/XDR, cloud security, identity, data security, or related domains.
• Experience with AI/ML products or technologies and a solid understanding of AI agents, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Experience building or managing products for enterprise customers.
• Ability to define strategy, prioritize in ambiguity, and drive execution across teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, including presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Self-starter mentality, ownership, curiosity, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with endpoint agents or sensors and on-device software across macOS and Windows.
• Experience with hybrid, private cloud, or customer-hosted deployment models.
• Familiarity with data residency, encryption, and compliance requirements such as BYOK/CMEK, FedRAMP, and SOC 2.
• Background in security research, SOC operations, or security practitioner work.
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth security startup.
