What you will do

• Lead a team of Product Managers delivering complex, high-impact AI solutions in production
• Partner with customers and internal teams to identify high-value problems and define what to build
• Operate in high ambiguity by shaping opportunities when requirements are not predefined
• Drive solution development from early stages to production, including key product and trade-off decisions
• Own a portfolio across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across parallel initiatives
• Identify solution patterns and push for reuse and productization; mentor and develop Product Managers

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments
• Experience managing strong PMs: setting direction while enabling ownership and independent decision-making
• Ability to define problems and lead teams in building new solutions from early stages to production under ambiguity
• Proven track record delivering products/systems from concept to real-world impact while balancing speed, quality, and scalability
• Experience with complex systems and enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers
