Senior Recruiter (Pharma R&D)

Location: Remote, United States; work hours are Monday to Friday during standard Central or Eastern hours.

Salary: $62,308–$89,079 annually, dependent on experience, geography, and industry knowledge; eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers, define position specifications, and provide market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders and departments.
• Evaluate candidates against position requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement through timely progress updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members while providing consultative talent acquisition expertise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common human resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Pharmaceutical R&D experience required.
• Self-starter mindset, natural curiosity, consulting skills, and the ability to drive processes.
• Knowledge of OFCCP requirements in the United States and experience sourcing with various tools.
• Fluent English is essential.
