Manufacturing Engineer, Advanced (Lean Six Sigma/Industry 4.0)

What you will do

• Review NPI manufacturing readiness, including documentation, fixtures, equipment, and manpower; identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and implement changes.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and Smart Factory implementation at JDM and EMS suppliers during the NPI stage.
• Establish requirements, architect, design, and complete highly complex manufacturing projects through in-process and final inspections.
• Develop and apply technical, quality, process, and cost-reduction improvements for existing products.
• Create and document new programs, technologies, solutions, tools, ideas, and methodologies for complex manufacturing problems.
• Provide technical and project leadership, coordinate personnel, and collaborate with engineering disciplines, management, suppliers, and senior customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience required.
• Ability to independently plan work according to business priorities.
• Manufacturing knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines and program management experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
