Senior Fab Planner (Semiconductor)

Salary: $112,050.00–$160,050.00 per year

What you will do

• Create and manage the master production schedule, translating customer demand into daily and weekly wafer-start plans.
• Monitor work-in-progress flow and coordinate wafer-lot movement to meet output plans and customer requirements.
• Develop and improve the fab capacity model using demand, product mix, process routings, equipment capacity, operating assumptions, and other constraints.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks involving equipment performance, material availability, or labor resources to increase throughput and reduce cycle time.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, production, and engineering on production plans, demand and order changes, and schedule interruptions.
• Coordinate inventory levels with purchasing, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in planning efficiency, processes, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
• More than 6 years of experience in factory planning, production scheduling, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
• Experience with production planning, capacity modeling, demand forecasting, WIP management, or inventory planning.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle systems.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multidisciplinary environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fab scheduling, wafer-lot dispatch, and cycle-time management.
• Programming skills.
