Bus Unit Ops (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States; relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $133,500.00–$183,500.00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead monthly and quarterly S&OP processes across multiple product lines and programs.
• Align demand forecasts, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and business objectives, including executive reviews and supply-demand tradeoff recommendations.
• Own demand forecasting governance, develop short-, medium-, and long-range forecasts, and improve forecast accuracy through metrics and corrective actions.
• Develop material strategies for NPI ramps and high-volume manufacturing, ensuring readiness for launches, production ramps, and revenue-critical builds.
• Manage capacity, overplan scenarios, inventory investment, shortages, supplier constraints, allocation challenges, and supply continuity risks.
• Coordinate Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, TPMs, MPMs, and Business teams through readiness reviews, dashboards, and program execution.

Requirements

• Experience leading S&OP processes across multiple product lines or programs.
• Experience with demand forecasting, demand signal analysis, trend identification, scenario planning, and forecast accuracy management.
• Experience developing material strategies for NPI ramps and high-volume manufacturing production.
• Knowledge of safety stock, run-rate planning, PACE and DASH execution models, strategic buffer management, and long-lead-time material planning.
• Experience with capacity and overplan management, supply constraints, inventory impacts, and scenario modeling.
• Experience managing inventory health, excess and obsolete inventory, shortages, supplier constraints, allocation challenges, and contingency planning.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, TPMs, MPMs, and Business teams.
