Sr. Planner (Production Planning)

Location: Corona, CA; onsite

Salary: $93,199–$108,733 per year

What you will do

• Create and manage leveled production schedules for assigned value streams.
• Build production schedules and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly schedule adherence.
• Align with Engineering and Operations on manufacturing constraints and incorporate them into production schedules.
• Create and maintain production targets, material availability reports, planning KPIs, ERP master data, and standard work-in-process and Kanban inventory levels.
• Analyze short- and long-term material shortages and plan inter-plant supply requirements and delivery schedules.
• Lead daily meetings with Operations and Procurement teams and perform additional assigned duties.

Requirements

• 5+ years of equivalent work experience in Planning.
• Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) experience.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, along with Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to be on call when needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Spanish language skills.
