Customer Service Representative (Automotive)

Location: Headquarters in Veghel, Netherlands

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and sales colleagues regarding vehicle importing, exporting, transporting, and shipping.
• Communicate daily with small and large customers from different countries.
• Proactively update customers on order progress and purchase status.
• Approve vehicles for transport and coordinate scheduling.
• Connect customers and sales colleagues with relevant internal departments to resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

• Completed MBO+ or HBO education.
• HBO working and thinking level.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to develop within the role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
