Senior Recruiter, COO (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid in Bellevue, WA, USA

Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 gross per year; the role may also be eligible for equity awards and company incentive plans.

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Research and source candidates to build pipelines of top talent.
• Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
• Drive the offer process, including extending offers and closing candidates.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations or top search firms.
• A demonstrable track record recruiting for a variety of GTM and technology roles across different levels.
• Strong experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions.
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
• Sufficient English proficiency for frequent professional verbal and written communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
