Financial Operations - Cash Applications

Location: On-site at Corporate Headquarters, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. Other listed locations: Waukegan, Milwaukee, Glenview, and Kenosha.

Pay: $25–$27 per hour.

What you will do

• Process customer checks, electronic payments, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, account analyses, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match it to customer accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience.
