Principal Instructor (Enterprise Mobility/UEM)

Location: Solihull, United Kingdom; remote options in Poland and the Netherlands; Galway, Ireland. Extensive international travel is required, with flexible hours across Americas, EMEA and APAC time zones.

What you will do

• Deliver advanced hands-on technical training on hirify.global MobiControl, hirify.global XSight, hirify.global Connect, hirify.global SNAP and hirify.global Identity to partners, customers and internal technical teams.
• Teach and troubleshoot deployment architectures, infrastructure dependencies, identity and security integrations, device management, automation and REST API integrations.
• Diagnose complex technical issues during live training using logs and network traces, and convert findings into learner and internal guidance.
• Design scenario-based labs, troubleshooting challenges and practical assessments using adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Define, validate and maintain reliable, repeatable and scalable cloud, on-premises and device-based training lab environments.
• Lead global training initiatives, new product introduction readiness, partner enablement and cross-functional technical coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Adult Education or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive enterprise technology experience, including 5+ years delivering technical training to engineers, administrators or partners in an enterprise software environment.
• Expert hands-on knowledge of enterprise mobility and UEM/MDM/EMM platforms, including Windows modern management and Apple platforms.
• Strong foundations in Windows Server, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, TCP/IP, DNS, ports, firewalls, proxies, PKI, certificates, directory services, identity providers and Azure/AWS.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-component systems in live, high-visibility settings.
• Working proficiency in scripting, automation and REST APIs.
• Executive-level presentation and communication skills, from stakeholder briefings to deep engineering sessions.
• Excellent written and spoken English, including documentation for regional audiences and representation of hirify.global internationally.
• Experience with global multicultural audiences, partner ecosystems and partner relationship management; proficiency with learning management systems, virtual classroom platforms and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and internationally.

Nice to have

• hirify.global ONE Platform experience and experience with other UEM platforms.
• Industry certifications such as Android Enterprise Professional/Expert, Apple Certified IT Professional, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+/Security+ or ITIL.
• Experience with rugged and specialty devices, printers and IoT, including Zebra, Honeywell or RFID.
