Relationship Manager - Transaction Banking Sales

What you will do

• Develop and implement a Transaction Banking marketing action plan targeting the UAE corporate client base.
• Manage corporate clients from a working capital perspective and achieve agreed financial targets and transaction banking revenue.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Structured Trade, Investment Banking, and Operations to maximize selling opportunities and maintain customer service standards.
• Advise clients on complex Transaction Banking solutions, new developments, and emerging opportunities; solve or escalate serious issues.
• Cross-sell products and support Corporate Relationship Managers with Transaction Banking solution expertise, knowledge, and training.
• Follow organizational and departmental policies, procedures, operating standards, and service requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 6 years of experience in a transaction banking environment.
• Experience achieving revenue targets and knowledge of Transaction Banking products, the industry, freight forwarding, marine insurance, Treasury Management, and related law and practice.
