Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; hybrid with remote work option

What you will do

  • Manage account retention and continued revenue growth for an assigned portfolio.
  • Understand client needs and align client technology and business strategies.
  • Prepare client-facing materials for business reviews.
  • Research customers and analyze data to identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Plan and track account activity and performance using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with client success, implementation, merchants, and internal departments to resolve customer issues and complete requests within agreed service levels.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management with commercial acumen.
  • At least 5 years of experience interacting and partnering with senior management.
  • Keen interest in payments and technology.
