Sr. Human Resources Generalist (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite Monday-Friday at the Garland, Texas manufacturing plant; some work may occur outside first-shift operating hours.

New hire base salary: $77,800-$97,300 per year. Eligible for a performance-based bonus.

hirify.global operates a large non-union manufacturing site employing approximately 1,000 people and producing BBQ sauces and Lunchables.

What you will do

• Execute workforce planning, compensation, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, staffing, and employee development processes.
• Support talent development, staffing plans, and onsite hiring in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Support culture, change, and transformation initiatives while building employee engagement and development.
• Apply HR systems, policies, and programs in compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Use data, analytics, and KPIs to inform business and talent decisions.
• Support the People Pillar of Total Productive Management and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist supporting hourly employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong business acumen, project management skills, and technical proficiency with workplace technology and systems such as Workday, Kronos, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and key customers, influencing through data and insights.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead change through others.
• Adaptability and the ability to remain effective amid changing priorities and manage multiple assignments.
