Procurement & Vendor Management Expert (AI)

Location: Remote, global, with no geographic restrictions

Salary: $45–$90 per hour; payment is per approved task, with compensation up to $90/hour equivalent

What you will do

• Design multi-step AI training tasks based on real procurement workflows, including supplier assessment, bid comparison, vendor risk analysis, and contract review.
• Develop clear instructions and objective grading criteria for consistent evaluation.
• Create tasks requiring sound judgment, analytical thinking, and accurate interpretation of procurement documents.
• Prepare supporting materials such as RFP responses, pricing schedules, contracts, service-level agreements, and risk assessments.
• Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and refine them before submission.
• Deliver approved, high-quality tasks within project deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier assessment, or vendor management.
• Experience developing or applying structured evaluation standards, including supplier scorecards, weighted bid criteria, vendor risk frameworks, or category strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work across contracts, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency at B2 level minimum; C1 is preferred.

Nice to have

• CIPS, CPSM, or an equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with AI or LLM evaluation.
