Clinical AI Nurse SME (Part-time Contract)

Location: Remote, USA; up to 28 hours per week, averaging 8–10 hours per week

Salary: $37.50–$40.40 per hour

What you will do

• Label hirify.global clinical notes, representing approximately 95% of the role, to provide data for training AI models.
• Provide clinical feedback and recommendations based on nursing knowledge of Senior Living and SNF electronic medical records.
• Apply established labeling rules and provide challenging input on potential labeling changes to improve the product.
• Provide clinical expertise within the labeling team and participate in quality reviews of AI products with subject matter experts.
• Complete required security, clinical director, and HR training.

Requirements

• RN or NP clinical background with at least 5 years of acute or LTPAC clinical experience.
• Clinical degree required; bachelor's degree preferred, with proof of clinical license verification.
• General familiarity with the use of AI in healthcare and terminology including LLM, NLP, and hallucinations.
• Strong organizational, project management, multitasking, communication, and independent working skills.
• Ability to work as a self-starter in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, professional communication skills, and ability to understand medical terminology.
• Working computer and internet connection, compliance with security and technical requirements, and ability to complete the required background check and contract period.
• Ability to work in a private space with secured Wi-Fi and no shared access to the computer used for labeling; installation of the approved VPN and required browser is also necessary.
• Ability to follow HR and information security policies while representing hirify.global.

Nice to have

• Clinical software experience and experience with predictive intelligence using an EHR.
• Experience in data labeling or supporting and servicing customers using a clinical software application.
• Technical acumen or familiarity with the hirify.global EHR.
• Bachelor's degree.
