🎓 What You’ll Bring
• Current or recent ML Research Engineer, Research Scientist, or Applied Scientist experience.
• Hands-on model training, fine-tuning, or optimization using PyTorch or JAX.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, reinforcement learning, scientific ML, or GPU inference.
• Familiarity with CUDA, Triton, vLLM, or performance profiling.
• Benchmark design experience, research publications, or advanced academic qualifications are advantageous.
