Auditors (AI Training)

Location: Fully remote from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States

Compensation: US$80–US$150 per hour depending on expertise and project requirements; another source line states up to US$60 per hour.

What you will do

• Design tasks covering risk assessment, materiality, internal controls, substantive testing, sampling, and analytical procedures.
• Develop reference solutions documenting procedures, evidence, findings, and justified conclusions.
• Evaluate AI agents inspecting supporting documents, testing transactions, analyzing populations, and preparing workpapers.
• Define criteria for evidence sufficiency, procedural accuracy, professional skepticism, and documentation quality.
• Identify unsupported conclusions, missed exceptions, and failures to address relevant financial statement assertions.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, auditing, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in external audit, internal audit, or financial assurance.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology and applicable auditing standards.
• Experience preparing or reviewing audit workpapers and analyzing financial data.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.

Nice to have

• CPA, ACCA, CIA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with audit management software, data analytics, or complex audit engagements.
