Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead complex supply chain processes, including inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning.
• Execute demand and supply matching, connect planning with execution, and identify operational issues and their impact.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, develop recommendations, provide management insights, and define performance metrics.
• Partner with global business units and supply bases to generate demand signals and lead regional and global planning teams.
• Manage backlog prioritization, communicate requirements, and contribute analytical insights to priority projects.
• Lead the Regulatory Trade Compliance program and mentor junior-level staff.

Requirements

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced university degree is preferred.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience in a supply chain function, including experience in more than one supply chain function.
• Broker's license and/or 4–6 years of experience in customs or global trade.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain processes across plan, source, make, and deliver.
• Mastery in English and the local language.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus statistical analysis and financial modeling.
• Very strong project management, communication, influencing, relationship management, leadership, team-building, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills across multiple geographies.
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility.
• Very strong understanding of hirify.global's overall supply chain strategy.
• Excellent understanding of MRP, ATP, master scheduling, national and international trade requirements, inventory modeling and analysis, and trade compliance program development and management.
