Bilingual Recruiter (Construction)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office. The role may require visits to outdoor industrial sites and up to 10% travel.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
• Recruit high-volume craft, trades, functional, and technical talent, primarily for electrical, mechanical, and industrial construction.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability.
• Build and expand talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage applicant workflows in the applicant tracking system and meet Talent Acquisition deadlines and KPIs.
• Support employer branding, client satisfaction, candidate experience, and recruiting across multiple regions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in an indoor office setting, with potential exposure to outdoor industrial sites, weather extremes, noise, dust, chemicals, and other environmental factors.
• Ability to comply with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and environmental health and safety policies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or an equivalent discipline.
• Construction industry recruitment experience.
