Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Latin-Iberia)

Location: In-person in Miami, Florida, US; travel to career fairs and community events as needed.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end hiring experience for entry-level through senior-level roles, including sourcing plans, search strategies, candidate conversion, and pipeline management.
• Partner with business leaders to understand role scope, business goals, and hiring needs across multiple business groups.
• Build transparent candidate experiences, create role narratives, keep candidates informed, and promote strong candidate advocacy.
• Source, identify, and nurture diverse candidate slates; recommend candidates for interviews and resolve process issues.
• Coach hiring leaders and People Experience Business Partners using market intelligence and data-informed insights.
• Maintain data integrity in Greenhouse and support Business Partner activities for the Latin-Iberia region when needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, or a blend of relevant experience.
• Experience with direct sourcing, including social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Collaborative talent-partnering approach with the ability to ask insightful questions and understand stakeholder needs.
• Curiosity, empathy, adaptability, initiative, and autonomy in a complex global organization.
• Commitment to candidate experience and ability to identify and engage the right stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and competitive market awareness.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and oral.
