Manufacturing Recruiter (Bilingual, English and Spanish) - Limited Term Employee

Location: Hybrid in El Paso, Texas, United States; 3 days onsite in the El Paso office and 2 days virtually.

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments on recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Represent the client brand and provide consultative talent acquisition expertise.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English.
• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
