TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Leader (Telehealth): Building proactive and predictable Commercial and G&A hiring engines for a telehealth company with an accent on workforce planning, recruiting leadership, and evidence-based hiring decisions. Focus on developing Talent Acquisition Partners, improving assessment and candidate experience, and using ATS data, AI, and automation to scale recruiting operations.

What you will do
- Partner with department heads, Finance, and HR business partners to forecast hiring demand, identify capability gaps, sequence hiring, and manage capacity risks.
- Set hiring strategies across Commercial and General & Administrative functions, allocate recruiting capacity, and track delivery against plan.
- Hire, manage, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Partners and TA leaders.
- Improve assessment criteria, interview plans, calibration, feedback, and candidate communication while maintaining a high hiring bar.
- Advise senior leaders using market intelligence, compensation insights, talent availability, and hiring data.
- Improve ATS workflows, reporting, playbooks, interview training, sourcing technology, AI, and automation in partnership with TA Operations.
Requirements
- Experience leading and developing an in-house Talent Acquisition team.
- Experience owning hiring portfolios across commercial roles and corporate functions.
- Ability to turn changing business demand into hiring plans and make capacity trade-offs.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, challenging assumptions, and influencing talent decisions.
- Fluency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, recruiting data, and practical applications of AI.
- Experience working in a changing environment and improving recruiting clarity, quality, and delivery.

- Familiarity with Ashby.
- Experience supporting multiple business lines or scaling a Talent Acquisition team through significant growth.
