Senior Specialist Technical Product Management (AI)

Location: North Wales, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work arrangement.

Base salary: $117,000–$184,200 per year, plus potential annual bonus and long-term incentive.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technology contact for business partners and initiatives supporting field sales.
• Translate business priorities, processes, and challenges into actionable technology solutions.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver initiatives.
• Plan projects, facilitate meetings, and track milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Gather requirements, document process flows, manage product backlogs, and support prioritization, testing, release planning, and implementation.
• Support SDLC documentation, risk assessments, AI assessments, governance reviews, and process improvements using AI and emerging technologies where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in information technology, product management, business analysis, project management, and account management.
• Ability to operate across account management, project management, and business analysis responsibilities.
• Experience working directly with business customers to understand needs, build relationships, manage expectations, solve problems, and coordinate delivery across multiple teams.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and SDLC documentation.
• Experience coordinating projects, facilitating cross-functional meetings, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items, and driving activities to completion.
• Experience with project management, collaboration, and documentation tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organization, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business requirements to technical teams, with a customer-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical commercial capabilities, including field sales, sales operations, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Experience with hirify.global systems development lifecycle practices and tools, including MEDS and DSDLC.
• Experience with technology risk assessments, AI assessments, or similar governance activities.
• Experience with Agile methodology and product delivery practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional product, engineering, architecture, data, security, and business teams.
• Familiarity with field-facing commercial technologies, customer engagement capabilities, or digital engagement platforms.
• Interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes and employee productivity.
