Application Analyst (SAP FICO/OneStream)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin, United States; consistent onsite work required up to four days per week. Relocation assistance is provided. Ability to travel 5% of working time, including possible overnight or weekend travel, and travel between local Exact Sciences locations.

Base pay: $61,300.00–$122,700.00 per year.

What you will do

• Design, configure, upgrade, and improve assigned business systems and technology platforms.
• Assess the impact of requested changes, guide workflow design, and configure and test system updates.
• Troubleshoot application issues, provide production support, and resolve issues affecting other application teams.
• Create and maintain technical and system documentation and develop processes and procedures with leadership and business teams.
• Partner with stakeholders, project leadership, architects, the ERP Technical team, and software vendor implementation staff to align business needs with system changes.
• Train and support end users, participate in design and code reviews, and identify opportunities to improve business workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Ability to understand industry best practices and perform the essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Strong computer skills, including internet navigation and email usage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and complex matrix environment, adapt to change, learn new applications, and work under time pressure.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed, maintain reliable attendance, and spend approximately 90% of a typical working day using a computer, phone, mobile device, or tablet.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring business systems software in life sciences, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Solid understanding of Plan-to-Report processes and SAP FI-CO, FI-AA, AR, Revenue, Treasury/BCM/EBS functionality.
• At least one SAP implementation supporting FI-CO and experience supporting SAP end users after go-live.
• Experience with SAP HANA 2023, Fiori, FI-CO configuration, and integration with SD, PP, and MM.
• Experience in Accounting or FP&A.
• Hands-on OneStream implementation or ongoing support experience.
• Experience with other finance or reporting tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud.
