2027 Future Talent Program - Associate Specialist Supply Chain Management

Location: Hybrid, West Point, Pennsylvania, United States of America. US and Puerto Rico residents only. The role requires availability to start employment by August 2027.

Salary: $65,100–$102,500 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and long-term incentive where applicable.

What you will do

• Review demand forecasts, historical sales trends, demand drivers, and forecasts from Business Alliance Management and Authorized Generic partners.
• Monitor supply plans, exception management, inventory targets, replenishment levels, and Finished Goods inventory.
• Resolve and communicate demand and supply imbalances with Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution & Logistics, Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning.
• Manage Finished Goods allocations, replenishment, post-release activities, expedited deliveries, and risks to on-time-in-full customer delivery.
• Maintain demand and supply planning systems with accurate data and execute exceptions and escalations through Kinaxis Rapid Response and the Supply Chain Escalation Management tool.
• Participate in S&OP, facilitate regional Tier 2–4 meetings, support continuous improvement, and train or coach Demand Fulfillment Planners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree by the time of hire in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics, Pharmacy, Engineering or Biotechnology, Material Science, or a related Business or Engineering field.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and cross-functional business setting.
• Adaptability, data analysis, demand analysis, inventory management, supply chain management, supply chain metrics, and supply chain operations skills.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience in Supply Chain Management, including Operations, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or a related area.
• APICS certification.
• Manufacturing or Operations experience.
• Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or Maestro.
• Experience with SAP ECC.
