TL;DR
Senior Manager, Legal Operations (AI/Semiconductors): Building and scaling legal operations infrastructure for commercial agreements, legal technology, workflows, and document management with an accent on CLM migration, AI-enabled tools, contract administration, and legal process measurement. Focus on automating legal workflows, negotiating NDAs, tracking renewals and KPIs, and preparing materials for litigation, M&A, and investor diligence.
Location: Hybrid, based out of Austin, Texas; Boston, Massachusetts; Santa Clara, California; or Toronto, Ontario.

What you will do
- Lead the selection, migration, administration, and continuous improvement of CLM, workflow, and AI-enabled legal tools, including ContractPodAI/Leah, Claude, Gemini, and Glean.
- Review and administer commercial agreements, maintaining visibility into renewals, expirations, and key milestones.
- Develop and track KPIs for legal efficiency and refine legal processes as the organization scales.
- Negotiate, redline, and close NDAs.
- Own the legal document repository and quickly prepare materials for litigation, M&A, and investor diligence.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Security, IT, People, Engineering, and Operations across a global organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in legal operations and contract management.
- Experience implementing legal processes, including moving teams onto and off legal tools and workflow platforms and iterating on those processes.
- Hands-on experience with commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, amendments, templates, and playbooks.
- Experience building KPIs and overseeing legal vendors and outside counsel bills.
- Experience with legal holds, document collection and production, and gathering and cataloging materials for litigation, M&A, and investor diligence.
- Ability to negotiate, redline, and close NDAs.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-enabled legal tools.
- Background in semiconductors.
