hirify.global develops a SaaS advertising technology product using Generative AI to support content creation for brands, small businesses, and creative individuals.

What you will do

• Own the strategic and technical plan, transformation thesis, client narrative, recommendations, and timelines for defined accounts.
• Structure ambiguous client problems into hypotheses, workstreams, and sequenced decisions.
• Lead enterprise-wide change management, helping clients move from siloed pilots to integrated AI-driven workflows.
• Translate Generative AI concepts into clear, repeatable operating processes and configure, prototype, and stress-test solutions in the hirify.global platform.
• Feed customer insights to Product and Engineering to improve the enterprise readiness of the roadmap.
• Document successful approaches as repeatable Transformation Blueprints and track adoption, time-to-value, transformation quality, feedback impact, and blueprint contribution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, in-house transformation, programme management, or enterprise technology implementation, with exposure to technology, digital strategy, and/or operations.
• Strong academic record in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as STEM, economics, engineering, or business.
• Daily use of AI tools, including Claude Cowork, and an automation-oriented approach.
• Hands-on technical fluency: configuring agents, prototyping, stress-testing recommendations, and discussing client technology stacks with engineers.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, leading client meetings independently, giving direct feedback, and handling changing scope.
• Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional, ambiguous work to a high standard and on time.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change, transparent communication, agility, and focus on measurable impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code or other agentic tooling.
• Lightweight engineering skills such as SQL, scripting, or reading code.
• Marketing, advertising, or agency experience.
