Life Sciences ERP Risk Transformation Advisory Manager

Location: Boston, United States; other locations include Edison and Philadelphia. Hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office; travel may be up to 25% based on client needs.

Salary: $107,000–$214,500 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships, engagements, cross-functional teams, budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and financial reporting.
• Lead and contribute to ERP transformation risk, FDA CSA/CSV validation readiness, system integrity, compliance, and business process control engagements for life sciences organizations.
• Assess ERP configurations, integrations, data models, workflows, GxP boundaries, regulated processes, validation requirements, traceability, and IT controls.
• Manage governance frameworks, risk assessments, risk logs, mitigation plans, design and control documentation, testing packages, access strategies, and data integrity safeguards.
• Support business development through opportunity identification, RFPs, proposals, presentations, client discussions, industry events, and cross-selling across ERP, risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and transformation services.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders, coordinate onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources, coach consultants, and contribute to methodologies and market initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in consulting, advisory, ERP transformation, program risk management, regulatory compliance, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs involving SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of FDA, GxP, GMP, CSA, CSV, validation, and related regulatory requirements within life sciences organizations.
• Experience supporting FDA validation readiness activities in technology or ERP implementations and working in regulated technology environments.
• Experience managing projects, workstreams, engagement teams, or complex transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate validation, compliance, risk, and regulatory concepts to business and technical stakeholders and develop business cases for related investments.
• Experience supporting business development, including RFP responses, proposal development, client presentations, and pursuit activities.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, consultative, organizational, prioritization, and ethical judgment skills; ability to work with diverse technology, compliance, risk, security, business, executive, and senior-management stakeholders.
