Founder's Associate - Intern (f/m/x)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with a flexible remote-office setup and flexible working hours. Remote work from almost anywhere is available for up to 2 months per year.

What you will do

• Support the full go-to-market journey, from pitch preparation through contract discussions and account management.
• Shape how claim.me is positioned and sold to online retailers.
• Analyze customer, product, and operational data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for decision-making.
• Improve internal processes and workflows.
• Own projects that support sustainable scaling of claim.me.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fluent German at C2 or equivalent level.
• English skills at C1/C2 level.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on and curious approach.

• First hands-on experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
