Senior Producer (AI Production)

Location: Vancouver, Canada; hybrid working model with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Scope, estimate, schedule, and manage integrated creative productions from script breakdown and concept development through final delivery.
• Lead physical production on set and coordinate communication between agencies, clients, production partners, and external vendors.
• Oversee complex post-production workflows, including CGI, color correction, and online/offline editing for broadcast, social, and digital deliverables.
• Manage budgets, estimates, invoices, project actualizations, and efficient production wrap-outs.
• Present production plans to clients and collaborate with Creative, Account Services, Business Affairs, and Talent departments.
• Research, select, and negotiate with directors, cinematographers, specialized vendors, and talent while mentoring fellow producers.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of integrated production management experience within a creative agency or global production studio.
• Proven experience producing integrated campaigns, ideally for major global brands, including high-end shoots and understanding of craft and technical requirements across multiple categories.
• Experience working with high-profile talent, celebrities, models, creators, and subject-matter experts, including related production, talent, and Business Affairs considerations.
• Proven experience in physical production and post-production, including CGI, editing, and VFX, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Deep technical understanding of post-production workflows and physical shoot logistics.
• Strong familiarity with SAG-AFTRA rules, talent contracts, and union and non-union talent costing.
• Proven experience in budgeting, estimating, scoping, and overall project financial management.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in modern project management tools and software, plus openness to using next-generation AI and production tools.
