Data Analytics Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid work based in Antwerp, Belgium, combining office, remote, and client-based work.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops and mock-ups to define business goals and shape solution blueprints.
• Map, extract, clean, enrich, and validate data, including feature engineering, to create stable analytical datasets.
• Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized reports using advanced visualization tools.
• Perform statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear presentations for non-technical stakeholders and support business users and team members in using data effectively.
• Contribute to Data Science and Generative AI offerings, internal training, publications, thought leadership, proposals, and client relationship development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics or a relevant consulting or industry role.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to communicate and present complex ideas clearly to varied audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and support data-driven decisions.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise and help clients identify related opportunities.
• Interest in applying innovative analytics and AI solutions to sustainability and meaningful business impact.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R, proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
