Senior Consultant - Business & IT Consultancy

What you will do

• Own complex consulting assignments and spend most of your time on client engagements.
• Manage client relationships and work in teams embedded within client organisations or on fixed-price multidisciplinary projects.
• Apply project management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, and architectural design skills on relevant projects.
• Develop managerial skills and support business development activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional consulting experience.
• Proven experience contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives for clients.
• Expected experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships, familiarity with business development approaches, and a strong connection to the Consulting organisation.
• Fluency in either Dutch or French, good working knowledge of the other national language, and fluent English.

Nice to have

• Expertise in one or more of IT Advisory, Target Operating Models, Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
• Business-process knowledge in the Public Sector, Financial Services, or Industry, including Federal or Flemish Government, Banking, or Insurance.
• Certifications such as Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, PSPO I, PSPO II, or Scrum.org certification.
• Solid hands-on experience in Agile methodologies.
