Senior Consultant - Business & IT Consultancy

What you will do

• Lead complex assignments and contribute to client engagements embedded within client organisations or within fixed-price multidisciplinary projects.
• Manage client relationships and build trusted partnerships.
• Support business development activities and develop managerial skills.
• Take responsibility for project management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, or architectural design depending on the project.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives for leading organisations in Belgium.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional and relevant consulting experience.
• Proven experience contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives for clients.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including familiarity with stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships, familiarity with business development approaches, and a strong connection to the Consulting “motherhouse”.
• Fluency in either Dutch or French, good working knowledge of the other national language, and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Expertise in one or more of IT Advisory, target operating models, project management, business or functional analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, architectural design, ESG, or product management.
• Understanding of business processes in the Public Sector, Financial Services, or Industry, including banking, insurance, Federal or Flemish Government environments.
• Certifications such as Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, PSPO I, PSPO II, or Scrum.org certification.
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies.
