Consultant – Business & IT Consultancy

Location: Brussels Flanders, Belgium; hybrid work format.

What you will do

• Work primarily on client engagements, either embedded in client organisations or within fixed-price multidisciplinary projects.
• Work with clients to understand needs and help shape business and technology solutions.
• Contribute to business development and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Support activities in Business or Functional Analysis, Project Management, Architecture, or Agile/Scrum facilitation, depending on the project.
• Share knowledge and contribute to digital transformation projects for Belgian organisations.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Master’s degree, ideally in business, IT, economics, or management.
• Fluent in either Dutch or French, with good working knowledge of the other national language, and fluent in English.
• First experience in Business/IT Consulting or another relevant domain.
• Passion for digitalisation and technology, with the ability to connect business needs with IT solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships.
• Familiarity with business development approaches and a strong connection to the Consulting organisation.
• Motivation, curiosity, and a strong interest in consulting and digital transformation.

Nice to have

• Skills in one or more of the following areas: IT Advisory and Target Operating Models, Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
