Consultant – Business & IT Consultancy

What you will do

• Work primarily on client engagements, either embedded in client organisations or on fixed-price multidisciplinary projects.
• Understand client needs and help shape business and IT solutions.
• Contribute to business or functional analysis, project management, architecture, or Agile/Scrum facilitation depending on the project.
• Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Share knowledge and collaborate within the consulting team.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Master’s degree, ideally in business, IT, economics, or management.
• Fluency in either Dutch or French, good working knowledge of the other national language, and fluency in English.
• First experience in Business/IT Consulting or another relevant domain.
• Passion for digitalisation and technology, with the ability to connect business needs with IT solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships.
• Familiarity with business development approaches and a strong connection to the consulting organisation.

Nice to have

• Skills in IT Advisory, including Target Operating Models; Project Management; Business/Functional Analysis; Agile/Scrum methodologies; Architectural Design; ESG; or Product Management.
