Junior Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Michel de Braeystraat 52, Antwerp, Belgium. Temporary assignments abroad may include France and The Netherlands.

What you will do

• Support transformation projects for clients as an engineer consultant.
• Execute assignments involving intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, and process mapping.
• Animate workshops and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities as quickly as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Collaborative team-player skills and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in Energy.
• Analytical thinking, ability to explore options, and ability to synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result-oriented, rigorous, and committed working style.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Preparedness to participate in temporary assignments abroad.

• First successful and relevant professional experience.
• Fluent German.
