Implementation Consultant (EAM Ultimo)

Location: Remote; candidates must be legally authorized to work in and located in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium while applying. No visa sponsorship or relocation package is provided.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end EAM implementations from initial analysis through successful go-live.
• Lead customer workshops and guide stakeholders toward best-practice asset and maintenance processes.
• Translate business needs into scalable, high-performing platform configurations.
• Configure workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting.
• Run multiple projects in parallel while maintaining scope, quality, and timelines.
• Train users, support adoption, collaborate with consulting, product, and support teams, and share implementation insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing EAM or CMMS solutions.
• Experience with Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, hirify.global, HxGN EAM, or a similar platform.
• Experience in a consulting or project-driven environment.
• Understanding of maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts.
• Ability to combine business insight with technical configuration.
• Confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent English and comfort working internationally.
• Ownership, proactivity, and a strong focus on customer success.
