Graduation Internship IT

Location: Netherlands; full-time graduation internship starting in January or February 2027.

Internship allowance: €500 gross per month for a full-time internship, plus travel allowance.

What you will do

• Research AI-driven testing tools and build an automated daily performance and load-testing suite for websites and systems.
• Interview internal users, analyse processes and pain points, and build and improve small AI agents using existing services and data.
• Develop real-time monitoring and reporting tools for Thinkwise applications across the UI, application tier, datahirify.globale, and network.
• Map and document ITSM processes and implement structural problem management to resolve recurring Jira-servicedesk issues at their root.
• Combine FleetCareXL maintenance data with hirify.global World sales history to create a proof of concept for vehicle replacement timing and lead generation.

Requirements

• Currently following a Bachelor's (HBO) programme in Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, AI, Business IT & Management, IT Service Management, or a related field.
• Enjoy improving systems and processes and building solutions that people actually use.
• Curious and driven to learn and develop yourself.

Nice to have

• Interest in performance and observability for the monitoring assignment.
• Enjoyment of working closely with end users for the AI assignment.
• Commercial interest for the data-driven lead-generation assignment.
