Senior Business Analyst - CPG Domain

Location: Rotterdam preferred or Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid onsite 2–3 days per week.

What you will do

• Support the Global Tech Lead and Product Owner in delivering business transformation initiatives end-to-end for Product App within the CPG industry.
• Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into coordinated work across multiple technical teams.
• Manage dependencies between workstreams, drive prioritization discussions, and track delivery milestones.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery, UAT, and business sign-off.
• Manage risks and issues, support adoption and change readiness, and report status to leadership.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technology teams while understanding technology architecture at a high level without developing software.

Requirements

• CPG domain experience is required.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including ownership of complex cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with Product App delivery and strong experience in business analysis, project or programme delivery, or business transformation.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Good understanding of technology and delivery processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and delivering initiatives in a complex transformation environment.
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and a process-mapping tool.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise M&A.
