Company

hirify.global is a two-year accredited college offering live online classes, business and AI skills, dedicated advising, tutoring, and coaching to help students launch careers or transfer to four-year universities.

What you will do

  • Build a business development pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, personal networks, and introductions from leadership, investors, and existing partners.
  • Shape the partnership strategy by identifying markets and organizations aligned with hirify.global programs and its business model.
  • Source, qualify, and assess workforce, employment, community, education, and employer partners based on audience fit, reach, engagement, distribution capabilities, and commitment.
  • Own deals from initial conversation through signature by developing business cases, building decision-maker relationships, structuring proposals, negotiating terms, and closing agreements.
  • Develop referral, co-marketing, employer education benefit, and other partnership structures, then coordinate launches with Marketing and Business Operations.
  • Own post-signature relationships, manage partner performance and economics, maintain pipeline forecasts, and build a repeatable process focused on positive first-year ROI and measurable enrollment value.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, including meaningful experience in higher education, edtech, workforce development, or employment platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience personally sourcing and closing partnerships, including originating opportunities, negotiating agreements, and taking partners through launch.
  • Experience building pipeline through both outbound prospecting and relationship-driven introductions.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to evaluate audience quality, partner commitment, acquisition costs, resource requirements, and return.
  • Experience structuring referral, co-marketing, employer education benefit, or comparable distribution partnerships.
  • Ability to work with senior decision-makers and operating teams while moving deals through competing priorities.
  • Practical and accountable collaboration skills, including coordinating internal resources while remaining responsible for progress and partner relationships.
  • Ability to operate independently, build processes, and balance relationship development with consistent follow-through.
  • Current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or immigration support.

Nice to have

  • An established network in higher education, edtech, workforce, or employment platforms.
