Implementation Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Coordinate bespoke implementation teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations throughout the client lifecycle.
• Create and maintain implementation plans covering deliverables, timelines, owners, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze client impact, identify technical, commercial, regulatory, and operational risks, and lead escalations and issue resolution.
• Define acceptance criteria, coordinate go-live activities, provide post-launch support, and execute structured handoffs to support teams.
• Document implementation journeys, conduct post-implementation reviews, and optimize processes using implementation data and client feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of implementation or project management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech environments.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise implementations involving APIs, integrations, or embedded solutions from initiation through completion.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships in matrix organizations with competing priorities.
• Experience managing relationships with technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Right to work in the jurisdiction where the candidate will work.

Nice to have

• Background in payments, financial services, embedded finance, marketplace technologies, or API-driven products.
